Casey Bross, OTD, OTRL, CLT, CLC
Occupational Therapist & Founder

FUN FACT: Although Casey cannot carry a tune in a bucket, that does not stop her from constantly walking around the clinic singing! She can make up a catchy toddler song on a dime about anything at all and often uses burping noises as her lyrics if it’ll make a kid laugh. The patients
love it! Her husband, not so much.

Ashleigh Rippee

Office Manager, Billing Lead & Patient Services

FUN FACT: Not only does Ashleigh bring all of the energy to Mini Mitten, she is also
the Varsity Head Cheerleading Coach at Monroe High School. No wonder we can hear her voice throughout the building.

Breann Burkey, CLC

Lead Support Staff, Billing, Patient Services & Lactation Team

FUN FACT: Breann is extremely passionate about supporting mothers during
their breastfeeding journey and is currently working toward obtaining her IBCLC (International
Board Certified Lactation Consultant) certification. We are so proud of her!

Rachel Cloum

Support Staff & Patient Services

FUN FACT: When we say that Rachel is obsessed with the Jonas Brothers, we are
basically warning Joe, Nick, and Kevin to be sure they lock their doors at night… That front-row
concert experience really sealed the deal for our friend Rachel.
