ABA Team
Applied Behavior Analysis, better known as ABA, targets well-researched skill areas that make up the key components to building social interactions and independence in children. We aim to understand and improve a child’s behavior in a functional manner while continuing to celebrate their individuality and improve their quality of life. Our ABA center is designed to be a school and community preparatory program to improve children’s ability to successfully learn and engage in various settings. We currently service ages 2-8 for ABA services. Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are trained in ABA treatment procedures and oversee all treatment processes. Treatment is performed one-on-one with a trained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). A strong caregiver education component is also provided.

FUN FACT: Although Shelby’s favorite color is black, her heart is made of pure gold! Shelby loves her cats & enjoys coffee. Her dream is to be 80's fitness Barbie when she grows up.

FUN FACT: Madi loves her dogs and camping with her family. Don’t let Madi’s pretty face and cheerleading background fool you – she has experience in the machinery industry, working in a plastics plant.
Carly Louvet, Lead RBT
FUN FACT: Carly is basically ready for the next national baking show competition! Her creative and elaborate cupcake and cake designs make a sweet hobby.
Taylor Liechti, RBT

Krysten Metheny-Rath, RBT
FUN FACT: Krysten is a dog mom to Indi & she loves everything RAINBOW! Krysten is a lover of all things animals, humans, and nature. She has mastered hergreen thumb while working in her gigantic backyard garden.
Andrea Gutierrez, RBT
FUN FACT: Andrea is a top spirit week participant. She might be soft spoken and reserved around adults, but she's a kid at heart and plays in a childlike way to win the kids hearts.
Adalyn Cowan, RBT
FUN FACT: Addie loves theatre and participates in shows locally. Addie had to upgrade her glasses to a super strong pair to keep up with the kids, after breaking a few pairs while playing!
Shannon Johnson, RBT
FUN FACT: Shannon previously worked in ABA, has her Masters in ABA (applied behavior analysis, she has 3 kids who keep her busy with sports and dance. #dancemom
Mackenzie Lambrix, RBT
FUN FACT: Mackenzie likes hunting, going up north to the family cabin, just turned 21. The outdoors are definitely her favorite.

FUN FACT: Elise is in school to become an OT. Elise did a shadow at Mini Mitten early in 2023 & we fell in love. Since Elise is in school full time she spends summers with us. Elise helps all around the clinic, anywhere needed, she is so kind and a great member of the team.
