Mental Health Team
We understand the importance of your child’s mental, emotional, and behavioral health. As well as the needs of you as the caregiver. We are dedicated to delivering high quality mental health services through fully licensed board-certified social workers. Our goal is to offer individual care plans tailored to each patient. Our mental health team will approach mental wellness with a strengths-based, person-centered perspective to help each patient reach their goals. Our therapy services include play-based, cognitive behavioral therapy, and talk therapy. We are equipped to treat various mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, and ADHD/ADD. Creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone who seeks our help is our priority. We are committed to providing the highest quality mental health services for ages 3-18.

FUN FACT: Shupe, as she is lovingly known here loves hiking/nature walking/being outdoors, crafting & working out. Halloween is her favorite holiday, and mint chocolate chip is her favorite ice cream flavor. She's described by others as open hearted for everyone.

FUN FACT: Martee is a new mom studying specialized techniques for post-partum mental health to bring exciting new services to Mini Mitten. She loves coffee and creating her own fruity coffee recipes at Starbucks & Biggby, adding a dash of creativity to her life.
Tennery Hicks, LSW
FUN FACT: Tennery loves Kailua Beach in Hawaii & min chip ice cream. Fall is her favorite season, and she enjoys playing her Nintendo Switch, diamond dotting & cooking. Tennery is named after her great grandmother and what an amazing and unique name it is. She is a godmother and loves spoiling those godchildren, they are her world.

FUN FACT: Kayla is a free spirit who is amazing at making connections with everyone she meets. Kayla loves reading and her cat. She also enjoys Halloween and costumes quite a bit, if there was an award for most awesome dragon costume ever, Kayla would be the winner!
